the JS row of 275 is bad ass, I do the 5x5 at 200lbs, cant imagine jumping up 75 pounds and trying it! Nice work man.

At least do 205lbs! Those 2.5 plates are gay. If you can do 200, you can do 205.

I have to agree with DK on this one. Not the tone, but the gist. Small increments (towards the last of any loading phase) allow me to keep the total load high, due to the ability to get all my reps. As opposed to jumping up a full 10 lbs. and perhaps missing a couple reps.

thanks. funny stuff. when I put in "js row" I get "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. " when I put in "js" I get "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : js" when I try 'js row' without the quotes, it searches only on 'row' and I get 308 threads. but thanks for the link, they sound interesting. bar rests on the ground between reps, yes? not sure I'm a big fan of the "don't use a slow negative" for ANYTHING related to back, but that's me. |
