do deadlifts with an overhand thumbless grip. go as heavy as possible and your forearms will get a hellacious pump from the wrist all the way to the elbow. i'll do a couple of sets this way before doing my max deads with a thumb grip. the difference in feel on your forearms b/w the 2 grips is like night and day. try and let us know what you think. all the best. |
