Alex is the owner and a stand up guy. He sent me a new dip belt when I broke 2 of them while pulling my Jeep with them, and backed that belt for 2 years even though it's not designed for pulling cars. He then worked on a new pulling harness and kept me up to date as to when it would be available. Tell him the guy who pulls his Jeep Wrangler, and owes him pics of it, sent you.
