havnt been to the board for a while, but i see its still alive and kicking. thought i would show a couple of picks of squatting, or overhead squatting, which is an exercise where the bar is held at arms length overhead while you squat. one of the pics is a 220lb guy doing 420lbs, the other pic is a 170lb kid doing 365lbs. i apologize for not being a good enough cameraman to catch either one all the way at the bottom position, which would have been more impressive.

It's great to see you back on the board! I hope you've been doing well. We've recently been discussing JS rows and the benefits of doing this exercise. The pics are very impressive by the way.

Glad u stopped in JS. I remember the pics of the OTH squats u posted on the old meso. That is amazing. I am embarrassed to say that I tried that after i saw your pics a couple of years ago of the other lifters and just the bar alone was very difficult.
Fellas, if u havent tried it than please do so. That will show just how remarkably strong those guys are. Take care
