Subject: A solid 3 1/2 week ass workout So, there's this total M.I.L.F that I've been talking to these past few weeks at my gym. She's really into me (I'm 34 and she's 43 with the body of a 20 year old) She loves to talk about sex (I'm in the middle of a cycle with lots of test running through my veins so naturally I'm all ears) and the main topic from her are yung guys with buns of steel. I think my ass is nice enough..but is it? So she's leaving for L.A for 3 1/2 weeks to see her sisters. I'm sure it's gonna be "on" when she gets back. So I need a killer ass workout. I'm sure the answer is heel to butt squats, and lots of them. But what else is there? Guys..I don't mind telling you that I need to get laid. So any and all advice is apreciated. Right! What he said. However, to make your ass nicer during the tenure of your muff-diving, here's a few suggestions: 1) You're right, squats, ass to grass, but I would take a wider stance. Become a hips and glutes squatter. 2) Romanian deadlifts, they're not for your back anymore. Oh wait, they never were. Anyway, I would make sure to pay extra especial attention to initiating the movement by contracting my ass/hams. I would also squeeze that ass at the end of the movement. 3) Not the greatest all around exercise in the world, but it always worked nice for my ass, do bench step ups. Honestly, though, the squats and RDL's should take care of it for you. |

You bro's are awesome! Dantelikesit2, your right. Common sense would say to strike while the puss..er..anvil's hot. She hasn't been talking to anyone else in the gym but me. I'm fairly young as far as the crowd go's there. But your absolutely right. I'm in like flynn when she gets back. Grizz, it was good to hear from you. You always have good answers. The one's you gave here were the ones I was looking for. The wider stance on the squats I wouldn't have thought of on my own. I'm not familiar with Romanian dead lifts, but I will be shortly. Has anyone ever done a 43 year old before? What's the story? I hear they have a voracious appetite for sex. I have so much test in me now, she's not going to know what hit her. It'll be like two locomotives colliding in bed at full speed!! O.K I'm off to the gym! |
