help please

Guys i gave it a shot but i just cant seem to do dead lifts. My lower back is killing me, I have a Doctor appointment but what can i do in the mean time for my lower back. It wasnt this back but today i was doing rows and my back locked up on the first set. Seated row dont seem to hurt as much but it doesnt feel the same as having dead wieght in my hands, and help would be great

have you tried doing rows at various angles- i.e., traditional vs yates rowing, etc..

dude any bending of the back kills me, hell i cant even seem to pick up my baby girl with out it pissing me off

I feel your pain. Are you going to a regular doc or are you going to a chiropractor? I would highly recommend an ART chiropractor. Check this site for one that's in your area:
