How to do HST in a cycle.
Hey bros, how would you guys incorporate HST into a 12 week cycle? I am currently doing SD, and when i stop i will start up my cycle. But how can i spread it out over 12 weeks?
My guess is just stay in each rep range longer. BRyan says the rep range isn't important, but increasing the load is. So if i increase my load every week wold that be the best option. I know you can't increase 2.5lbs, there is like a 5% minimum increment over the last load but you get the point.
That way i would be repeating the same weights alot, but it would still follow the same hst prinicipals.
