Ok guys,many in the health section you know my situation and i cant thank HAN1973 enough, ive been very ill lately struck down with a disease which has left me at a 142lbs which sux, as if a fookin hernia wasnt bad enough already.
Hopefully I should be back on my feet in september ready for training again and I wanna be bulking up again.
I want to get to a reasonable weight by next march.
You know I know how to eat when it comes to dieting and know I make a dedicated job of eating 7 days a week when it comes to a bulk.
Realisticly, how much do you think i could get to by next march as in lbs?

man that's a tough question , i think if you were to say i want to weigh (whatever your goal weight is) by next march, the guys on here could certainly help you to tweak your program, to get you to your goal.what has been your favorite weight, and when was it?

gotta good point there bro.
the weight i was at the very start of this year was a 170lbs, now im only a 150lbs due to health reasons so ive lost 20 lbs probably more.
I am due to start training again this august but gonna try and get back into as early as this month or the next.
Ideally, i want to be at least a 180lbs before i jump on the gear or around 180 again by next march.
My ultimate goal would be at least 180 by the beginning or early next year, now i know thats probably a lot to ask for, but ive been there before and with my new diet plan of nearly 500carbs, 300+protein 100-120g fats and 4000+cals, i think this could get me back there sooner rather than later.

if you were 170 before, i don't see any problem getting back there once your healthy ,and on track,would you mind posting your typical daily diet and any supplements(over or under the counter) you are taking or planning on taking.
hey bro i like the diet it looks good , i think you will get back in no time , the only supplement i would add is BCAA s , i take them throughout the day to support muscle mass , and they really work great for me. other than that your going to fly back to your weight.
Andy I'm sure you already know my take on diet. You go out and you eat whatever you want and however much of it you want to eat. As long as you're keeping to exercising and maybe a slight bit of cardio you'll see sizable gains man.

Speaking of supplements, I was reading an old Muscles mag {1999} at the gym the other day.
Was reading a nutrition article written by Lee Haney,he advocated two x multivitamin/mineral packs a day. Plus 500-1000mg of Vit C and a B complex with each meal.{good for BB........}
One thing I have read about too much B6 though,is it can deplete Magnesium which is not good for the heart among other probs.

Hey bro, I am sorry to hear that your not doing well. That really sucks. As far as getting back up to 170-180, I see know prob. at all. Our bodies are designed to be at an ideal weight......If that was your healthy weight, then you will get right back there in know time, for sure.........take care and God Bless! Last thing..diet looks good..........I might add cottage cheese with a couple meals, great for growing!
