I got started with a TRUE farmer's walk. I carried two 5 gallon buckets of feed as fast as I could, for 200 ft, whilst being chased by 30 angry 500lb. swine. The bench came later and I started with plastic plates that measured in Kg's. I can't remember the exact amount, but I know it was less than my own bodyweight at age 13. And I'm a guy who didn't hit puberty until about 22.

my dad would always see how much i could bench when i was like 11 and up, when i started i could do probably like 100-120 when iwas 14, then when i got semi-serious, it was abotu 135, like late 16 or early 17, now im just turnin 18 and i can do 215. pretty good for a small guy, all natural in just a couple months of solid workouts |
