Leg training always confuses me. I always feel like I can do more, but when is enough enough? Lets say I do 4 sets of 8 deads, 4 sets of 8 oly squats, 4x8 weighted lunges, calves. I'll feel like its a good work out, but I'll also feel like I could do the entire thing again by the end. Is it good or bad to throw in leg press, leg extension, leg curl as well? Maybe I'm totally wrong, but I always feel like there is a fine line between training and overtraining legs. |
