I recognize those are some big weights, but come on.....that's just unacceptable (i.e : Rowing exercises, lunges, KICKBACKS?!, etc.)

Very true, but at the end of the day the end result is what really matters.

^^ True, but then this leads you to re-assess how much and how far drugs and genetics can really get you....at least IMHO....

i doubt he used those exercises when he was developing

however, honestly, should he spend his time trying to gain more mass (if that is even possible)? He obviously put in his time with the basics (i.e. squats, benches, deads), and now he has to work on refining what he has.

Not the BBers I know. None squat, none DL, but of course, every one of them benches.

that may be true, but specifically, Ronnie *does* deadlift and he *does* squat.

he has to do other exercises though. squatting and deadlifting alone won't make a bodybuilder a champ. as cheesy as they are, things like laterals and flyes and whatnot are performed by bodybuilders. it's just part of their game.

If you want to be the best you have to work on Sarcoplasmic as well as myofibre hypertrophy. It's called periodization. .. Partials are for pussies, high rep light weight work is for women .. yeah yeah yeah . why do we care so much what people think of us when we're at the gym? He's 8X Mr. O ,he has to be doing something right. Genetics .. AAS ... They all have great genetics and they're all using tons of gear,so maybe kickbacks are good for something? Even if he only uses those to warm up the muscle after his SEO shots, they're still good for something. Who knows, but i'm sure if they didn't work for something,he wouldn't be using them

hey, i'm a natural and I do kickbacks and pulldowns.

granted, both serve as warmups for my aging fragile joints, but nonetheless, even machines have a place in training, something I never admitted to when I was a young whippersnapper.
