Believe me I would if I could. It's a short drive because it's a pretty straight route from my place BUT it's a highway. It's only fast because you can go 50-60 mph
Also, love the advice on the no carb diet. I'm still freaked out by the high LDL content of it. Can't get it out of my head. Honestly, I would have an easier time eating egg whites, oatmeal & chicken every day with some flax seed or fish oil to make it up in the fat category. But I never say never, I might cycle carbs again or try the anabolic diet. I mean, I have to be on a cutting phase before really moving forward.
Anyway, the good news is that I'm following a program to manage my anxiety and one of the main pillar is to do something that takes your mind out of it and I decide, why not do amateur BB. I got a favorable genetic if everything is kept in check so when I'm coming back from my vacation, I'm doing it. I'm sure you guys might say "Why wait?" Well my answer is "would you start a cycle of anything for just a week?" Same here. I'll see what I can get to naturally and then I'll probably try juicing. I mean, I have to see where I can get physically. From what I've been told from various trainers in the past, I can easily have a 200 lbs lbm without much effort so I'm thinking it will be easy to break that (training like crazy, then again, that's the only way I train) and get maybe at 230-235 (5-6% bf) using.
Clen would probably be something I would be using to cut since cutting will be my main problem. But like I've read a thousand times, before using any gear, I got to keep myself in line and perfect.
