That guy is either a complete idiot or just full of shyte. Those other boards crack me up. Every dude can bench 400+ pounds squat and deadlift 600-700 lbs. If the truth be known most of them are the kids I see at the gym bustin a nut with two plates or the dudes you see that never do anything other than curls and then walk around in tank tops flexing..

You guys are right.. I don't know why this irritated me so bad last night.. I decided to write him one more rebuttal.. and then I'm going to let it drop.. Honestly, The EF powerlifting forum has sucked since the Mass MOD/VET walkout a few months back... when you 've got Mod's like this Walking Beast charector running around advising 6-8 HOUR deadlift and back training sessions.. and advocating MAXING OUT every single week.. It's time to write the entire forum off as a loss...and since that was the only thing that was worth going over there.. the whole board is worthless to me from this point on.. I think I'll let my membership expire over there...

It's sad because I've made some really good powerlifting friends from that board.. Men and women that I've had the oppurtonity to personaly train with... Those guys are gone now because of the crap that goes on over ther..and now that the EF board has been reduced to a bunch of lying idiots and wannabe posers, it's just not worth the trouble anymore...
