Once you begin a good training routine, eating clean protien such as grilled chicken breast, fish, lean meat and a good whey protein shake you begin to build muscle which in turn burns fat. Cardio is going to be helpful here as you are on the heavy side, but nothing crazy eating properly will transform your body in amazing ways. Your carbs should come from sources such as oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, veggies, sweet potatoes..etc
