Default Jammer Extensions
I was wondering if anyone has heard of these before? They are on my program for my pre-season camp football workout routine, which I start tomorow, but I haven't been able to get ahold of my coach to ask what exactly they are. So if anyone has heard of these before, could you please let me know what they are and how to do them.

You could be correct. All my coach said was it required some sort of machine that he assumed I didn't have access too so he said to ignore them.
