Default JS Rows

I've been doing the 5x5 routine for several months now with great results, but had a quick question. When doing the JS Rows should I be using an overhand or an underhand grip. I started out doing them underhanded but think I remember seeing a picture posted by JS or AM with them being done overhanded. Also, I've been using a slightly wider than shoulder width grip, is this about right or should I be going wider or narrower. Thanks in advance.

Pinkies on the rings. (and yes, overhand)

Pinkies on the rings is best, AM? I think I've been doing them a little narrower than that. Would moving my grip outwards(when my elbow decides to work again) be more beneficial to me?

If you're comfortable with a narrower grip, I would keep it.

My training partners and I all use different grips. My brother uses pinky on ring. I use a very narrow grip (middle finger on smooth).

I think JS recommends the wider grip, however.

I've done these in front of JS, and seen JS do them. Usually it's pinkies on the rings or slightly narrower.
