With the JS row Im using 225 and I can keep good form.

I just feel like Im not hitting my lats at all. Whats the deal with this?

And even after I complete all 5 sets I feel like I can keep going. And my back doesnt feel sore.

I look at a mirror while I do the rows. And I think I have very good form.

In order for the bar to move along that path with good form....the lats are obviously contracting with major involvement (unless you are an alien).

Just keep moving the weight up and trying to get better at it. It's a compound lift, the lats will develop with everything else and sometimes you don't "feel" a specific muscle because you are busting your ass doing the work.

Are you bringing the bar into your belly or your chest?

and remember, feeling a "burn" "pump" etc... is not analogous to getting good work out of your training.

I felt the same way until I actually lowered my weight on the bar, went to a little bit more of a wider grip and made sure my elbows where pointed straigh out when the bar hit the bottom of my chest. Basically i just kept moving it around until I found my sweet spot, know I feel it in my lat no prob.
