Im about to go on a cycle of sustanon 250 and i really need some help with my routine.. Using 5 stes x 5 reps works wonders with my body.. I want to make a routine that incorporates all the below exercises, but im not sure how much intensity i need on the roids.. i'll show you my natural routine.. Thanks for the help guys.. Monday - Pull Deadlifts Barbell row Weighted underhand chin-ups Wednesday - Push Flat barbell bench press Incline barbell bench press Seated barbell shoulder press to the front Friday - Legs Squats Stiff leg deadlift Standing calf raises |

I found sticking to the same weight throughout the entire exercise works best for me.. everyones different though.. there was not one week that i couldnt increase the weight by 5 pounds minimum.. do you think u can write me out a routine using steroids. i been training naturally for many years, ive reached my peak and cant go any further.. id be using 250mg of sus a week btw.. thanks for the help!
