I have a very hard time with my lats everything else seems to be building nice but my lats seem to be lacking behind does anybody have any exercises to make my lats anybigger. Thanks bros

My favorite is heavy bent over rows using an undergrip.........an exercise made famous by Dorian Yates!!

Only way I do'em!!!

EDIT:

Pull-ups and heavy rows (both done with proper form) should be the core movements of any back routine.

Another big back builder is the short pull...but as most people do it wrong..I hesitate to suggest it.
