Default Left shoulder weakness

Hello again,

Been having trouble in my bench and shoulder press lately,
in that I have more than adequate amounts of strength and
stamina to do my normal weights,
but lately I have had a certain shoulder weakness that as
I get into my work-outs, prevents me from finishing my sets.

Its exclusively in my left shoulder and there is no real pain
associated with it, just that it feels weak...

I have never had any shoulder injuries, but I have torn the ligament
in my knee three times. Scared I might pull my shoulder out or
something, and so I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Thanks,
Novice_Safefreak

Do rotator work as a warm-up to pressing days. Then end with rotator work as well.

Otherwise, the strength will even out as you get stronger - this is common for most beginners.
