Have chicken legs, never been able to get them to grow much.
Tried various workouts. Any suggestions on training overall
legs. Calves included

what is the leg workout you do now? can you please post it?

I will bet you are not eating enough or lifting correctly...give specifics...

go with 10 sets of 10 on squats....or super set leg extensions with squats....and make sure you do lunges alot of people dont realize that lunges really put size on legs.

I had a friend that had chicken legs,he just kept pushing the squats heavy,after a couple of years they were in proportion with the rest of his physique.

Here is a basic workout if you train legs twice a week and are natural:
Monday (2-3 min rest)
Squat 5x5
Stiff leg 3x6-8
Toe Press on leg press 4x5-10
Bent knee calf raise 2-3x5-10

Thursday: (1-1 1/2 min rest)
Leg Ext 3x15
hack squat 3x15
leg curl 3x15
hyper extensions 3 x15

one leg calf raise 4x failure

Simple yet effective.

Will try doing twice a week. But i tend to play some b-ball on Saturday's.

Have had tendinitus and back problems for years. Write now everything's
feeling pretty good. With aid of a few supplements and pain meds.
