Default looking at books for help...

like i mentioned in my previos post, i used to hang here to help friends. now i'm here for myself.

due to the ego of my friends i've choosen not to go to the gym with them =+) hard to explain, but being called a fatass while i'm trying my hardest does not motivate me or give me any sort of confidence. call my a puss but...anyway:

i'm on my own to figure much of this out. i've wanted to make sure i'm doing the right exercises the correct way so i've purchased a book called "strength training anatomy" by frederic delavier. wanted to make sure it wasnt something that was giving me the wrong answers.

anyone ever seen this book or have a suggestion on something else, if this is not a good one, which will show proper exercises for each muscle group?

thanks!
neuro

Thats a decent book, but the best book ever written on proper form is The Insiders Tell-All Handbook" by Stuart McRobert.http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...books&n=507846

There are about 20-25 pages of description for squatting and DLing, each.
