Default lower chest

Just wondering if I could get some advice or a better workout for my lower chest. I workout hard and lift heavy but when it comes to my lower chest I just cant seem to get it developed. My upper and middle chest is getting swole but thats it, I just cant get my lower just to go along with the rest or get the cut I so need on my lower chest. It might sound stupid but everything I do does not help, helps for the rest of my body but not the lower chest area. Any and all info will be most appreciated.

I know its all one muscle really but just wondering if anybody had any suggestions that would put more stress on the lower region rather then the rest.

I think inclines and declines have a tiny, tiny different effect on upper or lower chest. Your best bet is doing full range of motion....DB press or DB decline press. But as I said doing declines won't really hit the lower pecs much more....if at all.

You didn't say your age but muscle developement has a lot to do with age and muscle maturity.

Parellel bar dips can help bring out under developed areas along with a good diet. Just keep things simple and don't worry too much about what you look like and just progressively get stronger.
