Default My Back....

Her lately i keep pulling my back out on my dead lifts... and dont know why, i`v been working out for 2 years now,dead lifts are not new to me either, but now every time, for the last 4 weeks i keep hurting my back on the first rep.

m... chest, delts, tri`s, lowerback & upper back,deadlifts

t.... arms.forarm squats, caves, and kickouts

the type of dead lifts i`m doing are the one were you take the 7foot bar and put it on the ground and put the weights at one end! **


all so if there any thing you would change about my workout please post it or pm me..because i dont get much help @ the gym, because its so small and all ways dead in there

Ok, well the answer is obvious...your back is giving out because you're over doing it...and coming from me thats NOT good.

If I were you, for the next month I would squat 2x a week and deadlift once per week. Work up to a heavy 3 reps for each.

After a month of doing that, you'll need to pick a real routine.

Read up on the 5x5 or HST. Pick whichever one looks most applicable to you. Read the stickies at the top of the forum. If you have more questions just post here or PM me.
