Hi I'm 32 6' and 13.5 Stone... Used to use roids (and regret) and was 16 Stone built. I am now looking to get back up to even 14.5 Stone Naturally... but with no steroids! Is there any really good natural bodybuilding books??? most are gear infested.. Also is training one body part a week enough??? I don't wanna be 16 Stone again, but just natural and bigger. |

wtf is a stone? Silly Brits! Just kidding, its like 22 pounds, isnt it?Best book for exercise descriptions: "The Insiders Tell-All Handbook" by Stuart McRobert Best diet book: Ultimate Diet 2.0 by Lyle McDonald (www.bodyrecomposition.com) IMO, there really arent any good books on lifting for the natural, layperson. You'll get more info from the "Tribute to JohnSmith" sticky on this site than you would get from 20 lifting books at the bookstore. I trongly advise you to read that sticky, as it will help you in many different areas. As for training bodyparts 1x week, Im not for it. Id rather see people hitting them 2-3x/wk. Anecdotal and empiral evidence shows more gains from more frequent lifting. |

Is the Bush album "16 Stone" a quirky Brittish play on words relating to weight, or is it an obscure reference to rocks?
