Hey Bro, "wraithgs" stole my thunder but he is right on, muscle memory is the key, you should bounce back without much of a problem, it will take some time of course but it will be much easier to get that 20lbs back than it woud have been to gain 20lbs and move up to 190 from 170.
When you do feel your healthy enough,
EQ is a good choice for gear since a lot of guys say it stimulates their appetite. I know you're not ready for that now but for future consideration perhaps.
