Hey sup guys my health issues have gotten better, i just gotta go for a scope scan but i feel better and no more bloat which i can only put down to the pylori infection i had and it must take a few months to get back to normal.

Ive lost everything i ever gained now though, i can barely even bench 20kilos or eat anything, just seems to far gone now, how am i ever going to eat 4000 cals a day again if i cant even eat barely a 1000 now? Even worse than that im a 150lbs now from a 170 and i think the only thing thats gooing to help me is food at this point now gear.

20 pounds pure muscle is a sad thing to see go, but you can get it back. You are going to need to force food into you until your appetite returns. The docs will fix you up and you'll bet better, but for now just keep on pressing, do your damndest to lift - even if it is only bodyweight and one friggin rep. Anything is better than nothing.

There's no reason to get down bro. Once a person gains the amount of weight you have, and they lose it somehow, its always easier to gain it back a second time. Right now is not the time to dwell on the negatives of your situation, but rather do what you need to do to get yourself back to 100%. When you get back to that we'll all help you take the necessary steps to get you back where you need to be. Keep your head up man, everything is going to work out, I can promise you that.

I have a Friend that went to Indian and caught an awful stomach bug ,that stuffed his guts up and he lost an incredible amount of weight.
He said it took about a year to recover.
The reason is for the ong recovery is, that it stuffs all your good stomach enzyme cultures etc and the absorption of food is so much more difficult.
I have read the use of pro-biotic food supplements is supposed to aid recovery.
