Exclamation New HARDCORE Routine!!

Hey guys! My name is Bacterialbag, and i need some advice on my new bulking regime,

Note that i'm all natural, and will be doing this program to primarily increase strength. Mass gains will come, as long as i'm eating good enough.

Here's the workout:

PUSH A

Military Press 5/4/3/2/1
Close Grip BP 3x6-8
Fullsquat 3x8
Abs 2 sets

TOTAL SETS 13

PULL A

DEADLIFT 5/4/3/2/1
BOR 3x5
Chinups 3x6-10
BB Curl 2x8

TOTAL SETS 11

PUSH B
BENCHPRESS 5/4/3/2/1
Seated DB Press 3x8
Dips 3x6-12
Abs 2 Sets

TOTAL SETS 13

PULL B

Squat 5/4/3/2/1
PULL-UP (Wide Grip) 3x4-8
SLDL 3x6-8
Close Grip Row 3x6-8

TOTAL SETS 14

NR sets PUSH each week; 19
NR sets PULL each week; 15 (excluding DL's and SLDL's those are with legs)
NR sets LEGS each week; 14

I will try to increase the weigth every week, mainly on the main compound exercises. After 6 weeks i will include a deloading week where i will do no workouts for 1 week. After that i will start the whole 6 week routine again, (maybe mix it up or something)

You guys think I should change things? any advice? will triceps get enough recovery?

Thanks for the help!

I think it looks pretty good, well thought out.. maybe there's not as many people who train in this style on here anymore, a few years ago I could think of a few names that would definately respond to this.. but then, i didn't pay attention to how long you've waited for a response..
