I am working full time and going to school full time and resently got kicked out of my place so I had to move back in with my parents so I have an hour and a half drive to work (one way). I have not worked out for about 3 wks now and going crazy but I am busy from 6am til like 10pm. I was thinking of just doing core lifts until I get more time. I am going to do bench squat and deadlifts one each day then rest a day then start over. Do you guys have any other suggestions. Also I will be doing cardio.

I wouldn't do all three each day. Maybe Day 1 bench, squat. Day 2 Dead, bench. Day 3 Squat, bench. Day4 Dead. Something like that. Also, you might think of squatting 3X/wk and then doing chins and dips/push ups and abs in the morning. It ain't perfect, but it'll help. |

Thanks guys for the input and I hope this doesn't last long and I am working on something great right now!! I am working on sweet talking my way into a sweet ass job!!!! Starting 80k, company car, phone, laptop, and an expence account. Can you beat that? I am not sure I meet all the qualifactions but if I can blow them away in the interview I could get it. Wish me luck!!!!
