Default Please comment: juice cycle & Training

Starting a newbie cycle with juice what training program do you recommmend? At present I plan:

One day work out, one day off. Training same body part every week once. E.g. Chext/Tric; legs/bic; Shoulders/Ham; Back/calvs.

Or do you suggest to do:

monday/tuesday on; Wendesday off; Thursday;Friday on, Sat/Sund. off?

or

Training everyday except weekend?

what do you think of training routine?

How bout something alot more simple that you can work out much harder and more timely spaced out:

Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Off
Thur: Tri's and Bi's
Fri: Legs
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Off

Splitting up legs throughout the week will get you nowhere fast.
Don't forget Cardio and Abs where u can fit anywhere you'd like.

Don't know what to tell you, but I think once a week per body part on juice is a waste, at least for me.

I have to hit it twice a week to grow, except for legs.

Tues: chest/back
wed: bi/tri shoulder
thurs: legs
fri: chest
sat: bi/tri

I think while on juice your body needs its rest to grow and u'll keep your results better and wont be at risk as much to injury by upping your volume and not the weight as much 'from a sticky by Bob Smith' . And when it all comes down to it, its keeping your strength and weight when you're off AAS that is most important. I like doing 5 excersises per body part for sets of 4X8. the only thing i do twice a week on juice is bi's and tri's. But the reason i said one body part a week is cause you're a newbie. You'll be overtraining doing it twice a week, until your body gets used to the pounding it takes from just once a week than maybe you can up it to twice a week.

thks for the advice on training!

what about juice?

I am at present on Testoviron just done the first shot of 250mg. As per most people I should do that twice a week. At the same time, I can already notice some difference - probably as it is my first cycle?!

Should I go for the 500mg?
What if I added provirorum 25mg or 50 mg daily?

How would you do your pct?
Nolva or clomid?
I believe HCG would not be necessary?

Appreciate your thoughts and comments

If you're doing 250mg twice a week for a total of 500mg i would say that is perfect with it being your first cycle. you should see some amazing results. You can go w/ either nolva or clomid for pct.

Default training on bulk cycle

What do you thinik, is 5x5 good training for bulk cycle or would be better to do general split training? I need some visuable wide shoulders and pectoralis, also increase legs.

I'd use HGC if you can get a hold of it.. and i prefer nolva on a simple cycle. I'm gonna use both and HGC when i do my next stack.

5X5 is a good for bulking but i dont use it long term cause it can lead to overtraining some parts of your body and undertraining others. I use it for the concentrated 6 weeks i want to bulk up. And as with any other program, doing it for too long will lead to muscle memory. Want a wide chest, widen your grip on bench. Want wide shoulders than incorperate excersises that uses your whole shoulder like arnolds.
