Question Are t-rows as good as "regular rows"

Hi!

I'm working on a 5x5 routine, and really make a lot of progress already.

The problem is my dislocated shoulder, it seems that I can't perform the JS rows/ bent over rows correctly. My left elbow doesn't go the right way as a result the barbell is angled, even if I keep it parallel I still can't do it right. I afraid to correct the elbow position, since I might dislocate it again.

Are t-bar rows (when you hold the barbell with two hands, I don't have special machine) would be a good/effective substitute?

Also when I do pull-ups I can't place my arm wide enough, so I have them a little bit wider then shoulders, is it still ok?

P.S: I don't want isolation exercises, also I work in very small gym , so we don't have much staff over there

Thank you very much.
