Please Help With Old Stuff!!

I have 3 vials of Sustanon 250 organon that expired on 12/05.. My question is, can I still inject these without being worried they are too old.. None of them have ever been opened and they have been in my possesion since I last took Sustanon.. I have them left and want to start while I am waiting for more!! Thanks...

KIDDING, YOU SHOULD BE FINE IF THEY WERE STORED OUT OF SUNLIGHT, MOST LIKELY THEY WILL NOT BE "AS STRONG"

I am 5'9" and weigh around 165.. My body fat is around 12%... My diet is probably not very good right now.. It has been 4 years of so since I have done any roids.. A matter of fact I have only ever did 2 cycles of sustanon.. I only ever do a 8-10 week plan and then take a lot of time off... I work really hard while on the plan.. week 1 500 sustanon
week2 250 sus
week3 250 sus
week4 250 sus
week5 500 sus
week6 500 sus
week7 250 sus
week8 250 sus
week9 250 sus
week10 250 sus

I take 10mg of nolvadex every day... Start clomid 2 weeks after last of sustanon and take for 2-3 weeks... I try to keep everything simple... You are probably going to tell me I'm a dumb ass, but that is ok if you help me out.. Thanks..
My goal is to have solid gains and maintain after till later down the road.. Don't want to be huge, but cut, muscular, and strong..

no no looks ok, but no need to taper the sus, unless you just trying to make it last longer

you might save, and up the nova mid cycle to 20 mg unless your prone to gyno, or get itchy nips

what is your diet going to consist of ?

drink plenty of water, and avoid sodium (salt) get plenty of protein in addition to your diet and plenty of rest you should be fine

Are you saying I should do 500mg sus for all 10 weeks?? Also, up the nolvadex to 20mg a day to prevent tits?? My diet: lots of protein lower carbs.. Probably will drink two protein shakes a day along with 3 meals.. What do you think?? What do you suggest for the clomid?? Thanks..

well i like to run sus250 2 times a week like mon and thurs

nova hold off til mid cycle week 5 and double it 20mg every day (unless you have had gyno before or get it easily)

good on the protein 1-1.5 grmas per lb of body weight


clomid is fine you might consider some hcg if you know where to find it

I Have Heard Good And Bad About The Hcg.. Do You Think I Will Need It For Such A Short Cycle?? Also, You Must Think The Clomid Will Not Do The Job!!! I Do Not Want My Balls To Shrink!!! Now I Am Getting A Little Nervous!!!

if you really are nervous then run the HCG thru the whole cycle it will prevent some shrinkage

like i said before i know nothing about that (where to find anything)

HCG is measured in i.u. international units i think. anyway

you can find some, but i wouldnt go asking around here being so new

you can run HCG anytime it is what is uysed to trick your pituitary gland back into producing your own test / or used as a fertiity drug on women

if you goto search function above and search HCG you will probably find enough info to keep you reading for a few weeks, which to me sounds like what you need to be doing before starting any cycle.

listen you can really fuck your body up if you dont knowhat the fuck your doing, you seem like yo have a little Idea of what to do but please do yourself a favor and read read read

when you write down a few questions then ask you will be much better taken

Thanks For All The Advice... I Think I Have Read A Lot Of Information And Thought I Had A Good Program.. I Thought Just Doing The Sustanon Was A Good Idea.. I Will Stick With The Program You Laid Out For Me 250mg Every Monday And Thursday, Start Nolvadex On Week 5 And Up It To 20mg, Then Finish With Clomid To Bring My Own Testosterone Back Out And Get My Ball Size Back Up... Thanks.... Also, No Problem On Not Asking For That Kind Of Information.. I Am New To This Site...
