Having problems with the development of my back and my stomach.I have tried everything.Need advice on that problem.

Have you tried deadlifts and rows? Shhh! Don't lie to me! I know you haven't because, if you had, you wouldn't be asking this question.

Do your deadlifts and do your rows. That is the secret to a big back and, oddly enough, it helps with the stomach, too.

Pull ups have really helped me...and rows...^^

I have tried deadlifs having problems with my lower back. I had a motorcycle wreck few years ago. Still recovering

Your question is incredibly vague. Do you have development problems? Pain problems? You havent given us anything to work with. Yet amazingly enough, people have already given you answers when they obviously dont have a clue.
