Looking at your equipment exercises you could do are as follows: Good Morings, Front Squats as well as back squats Lunges both barbell and dumbells Stiff leg deads, Sumo Deads, top deads, regualr deads, dumbell deads, Shurgs both dumbell and barbell Power cleans and power cleans and presses Push Presses for shoulders, Dumbell rows as well as barbell and one of my fave the pullover. |

Well, did you just start working out? if you did, then you are doing the core movements that anyone would reccomend, for starters. Ummm, you might want to join a gym though. Even if it's a shity one...You need some more equipment. But if you are planning on doing so, we can give you some more input on what equipment to use. |
