Default Should I row today?

I just started loading again. Unloading is so much more fun. LOL Anyway, I wasn't able to row yesterday due to an horrendous lower back pump. I barely made it through benching and I walked home with untied shoes because I couldn't get my shoes tied because it hurt too much.

Now, I know you're not supposed to miss any sets/exercises, but I really didnt' have a choice. The pain didn't subside until a good hour after I left the gym, so doing rows was simply out of the question. Should I just do them today? Rows are, possibly, my favorite lift. I'd really like to do them, but would it maybe just be best to wait until Friday's workout?

Its better to miss a workout and recover than injure yourself and miss 6 months (like I did).

Or you can use a machine that isolates the row, you know the ones that have the pads on them to rest your chest?

I injured my back rowing and it took a long time to heal.

I am rowing today as a matter of fact.

Many things may be calling my name but dbol isn't one of them. I really can't stand dbol. Have tried many times and the lower back pumps are debilitating to the point my workouts suffer significantly.

No, I can't, but I bet if I asked Phreezer, Big Karch or Bob Smith nicely they would. Knock the shit off immediately!
