Default Silly question which I am sure has been asked - JS Rows

What is a JS row? Any pics or mov's that show this movement? Is it just a seated row with the "pull down" bar and pinkie's at the rings width?

Thanks!

Hmm. Never heard of that one before. Hopefully one of the experts around here knows...

I did find this on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oR_U5puGnuE

IMO, his form looks like trouble. His shoulders are doing something weird, and his back is arched.

Thats the general idea of JS Rows...kinda. Except leave out the weird shoulder movement between reps and arch your back more. The goal is to have your back as close to parallel to the ground as possible, explode the bar off the floor and return it to the floor between each rep. I Know there are at least a couple threads in the training forum discussing technique and even some pictures. Search around. Ill try to find them, too.
