Wow, that was quick, sorry to hear it didn't work for you.
My father in law lasted around 4 months but now his pain is back as well, guess there is no miracle cure for back pain!

No doubt, losing weight does help. My back always feels great when I am lighter. Glad it is almost January, now I should really not be able to get on the cardio equipment at the gym!

hey! those are good doorstops. hope you get fixed up soon. i know it sucks being laid up. i tore a meniscus in my good knee and couldnt do legs for about 3 weeks after surgery. couldnt imagine what a torn up back will do to you.
