It's going well. About 20 more hours a week than I had been told, but that's a good thing. Now I won't be poor white trash. I'll be mediumly affluent white trash. LOL

It's a pretty cool job, all in all. The best part is that they will pay me well if I perform well and there's plenty of room for advancement. Can't complain about that.

I don't want to kill a sacred cow here or speak blasphamy against the iron gods, but you might hip squat. If so, that would justify doing leg press or front squats. For some squats give you just a big butt. We all know the proverbial big assed squat monster with skinny quads and a butt that goes up to his middle back. Don't be that guy.

I'm one of those hip-type squatters and don't have a great outer sweep. I wonder if the two have any correlation? I got my start as a powerlifter, so that's the technique that's most comfortable for me. Now that I'm competing in bb-ing, my ass dominates my turnip quads. Some things that are helping remedy this are front squats, dumbbell sissies (fucking killer), and hacks with my feet toward the bottom of the platform (toes pointed inward). It seems when my toes are pointed outward (as some are suggesting) that targets my vastus medialis rather than the lateralis. Maybe it's just me.

Guy's I think JP was just telling him to do that during a warm up so he could feel the muscle we were talking about he wasn't telling him to squat that way. nor was I, we were talking about posing.......11

That's my theory because I'm one of those guys too. I squated for powerlifting and football and developed a deep squating style. I actually squat more that way instead of going just to parallel. I also developed a bubble butt but look like my tear drops have polio. Not good. Problem is that I hate leg press and gyms. I like to train at home. I have taken my stance in and that helps some if I do high volume on squats with low load around 65% 1rm. If I go heavier than that on squats the butt kicks in and does the work. Front squats are excellant.
