But is it alright to smoke up every know and then while training and using different supplements, or will that ol' THC put a hankering on your gains ??

Side Effects Short-Term Effects of Smoking Marijuana:
Drowsiness, Impaired short-term memory, Reduced ability to concentrate, Loss of coordination, Increased heart rate, Dry mouth, Bloodshot eyes, Decreased social inhibitions.
Long-Term Effects of Smoking Marijuana:
Paranoia, Abnormal physical development in males: reduced testosterone levels may delay deepening of voice, growth of beard, development of muscle mass. It can also lead to decreased sperm count and difficulty having children. Abnormal physical development in females: Increased testosterone and decreased estrogen levels may cause irregular menstrual cycles and an increased risk of infertility. Carbon monoxide and tar into lungs (Pot smoke has 70% more cancer-causing chemicals than Tobacco smoke, so that heavy pot smokers may have as much or greater potential for developing cancer as cigarette smokers). Reduced capacity to fight off infections (and added risk of infection to smokers who share joints), Decreased motivation/ambition.
I reinstalled windows so many times on my comp i can't argue about the estrogen because i can't find the article with the studies of short and long term,but Tobacco has radiation in it and Marijuna doesn't. All the.. or almost all the sides from smoking Marijuana comes from.... Smoking Marijuana. Vaporizers are the things to use now or cooking. The radiation in Tobacco is the same radiation that's in the atom bomb and some doctors say that this radiation is between 80-95% the cause of Tobacco smokers getting lung cancer. Man,i wish i could find those studies. Let me check again

June 22, 2004 — Two men have been charged with felony drug possession after Chicago police discovered 44-hundred pounds of marijuana in the cargo of a tractor-trailer.
Police spokesman Matthew Jackson says a tipster told police about the stash in a large semitrailer in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.
Jackson says police found the truck backing into a warehouse (in the 2800 block of West Fifth Avenue) just before 11 p-m Sunday.
He says police found the marijuana in 46 boxes behind several crates of water heaters. ...................... Do you think they can get off of a distributing charge by saying it was for personel use
