wasn't that an acronym for basically volume training? you could just delete it from the poll or put something else in place.

Imo as far as training goes everything works but nothing works forever.At least for me.You have to keep on making changes here and there.Whether if its frequency, rep range,volume or even intensity.

Any training that leads to progression will be effective. This is why 5x5 is so effective, the whole set up is for progression, once you get all 5 reps on all 5 sets, then you add weight.

This is why I like the 5x5.
