Smile Training Routine.

I currently do an instinctive workout, training six days a week, one day a week I stretch/do extra calves, I do one, maybe two warm-up sets each day, then one, maybe two, God keep me from doing five plus sets of heavy lifting per bodypart, basically two bodyparts per day/ one day a week is maintenance stretching and lifting. I sit in the steamroom everyday (lazyman's cardio). No anabolic steroids, never have, never will, NDS Amplify whey protein, NDS Evolve creatine, one-a-day vitamins. lol. Good luck and take care.

What's the point of this post? Are you looking for guidance or what? FYI- sitting in a steam room is in no way, shape or form related to cardio vascular exercise. You might drop 2lbs of water, but you still haven't lost any bf. Just a tip.

Right??

Steamroom=lazymans cardio ---that is some funny shit
Just for you info=---if a steamroom made you loose fat, have better cardiovascular endurance, or had any benefit except sweating, then alot of people would look alot better and I would start a selling steamroom equiptment

Default Puff, puff, give, lol.

Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week, lol. I've been trying to stretch everyday, but darn it if my flexibility has been for crap, even since my pee-wee soccer days, lol. At any rate, I've been doing, Sunday, Day One- back, trapezius, calves, also deadlifts (deadlifts, week one, then "skip" deadlifts, every other week), Monday, Day Two- Deltoids, quadriceps, calves, Tuesday, Day Three- Chest, hamstrings, calves, Wednesday, Day Four- biceps, triceps, forearms, calves, Thursday, Day Five- Stretch, some shaping light weight exercices, also stretching is done in-between sets, everyday, and in the morning.

Mike, ditch the NDS products, they are garbage as compared to other products by other manufacturers. For example, Evolve is WAY overpriced creatine and sugar. You can get the same thing from, say EAS, from online stores at half the cost. Their protein is about twice as expensive as it should be, and their fat loss product (Release) is so absurdly overpriced for what you get.

Default Training Routine

I stay on the four-day-on, one-day-off routine, I don't do cardio, because my metabolism is somewhat fast. That's about it, don't take me too seriously, because I use the term "seriously" loosely, lol, although lately training has helped me out a big deal in life. I've done a little bit of training with Jason Huh, NPC bodybuilding Teen Overall National Champ. Uh, mental block, hhmm, bodybuilders with mental blocks, imagine that, lol, keep training hard.

Supplements, I guess leave me scratching my head... Bob, thanks! lol. No, but I guess variety is the spice of life, compared to how much sugar is in some of the supplements I used to take, I can't complain... I send one of my ladies to GNC, I tell her specifically, "bring me back cell-tech." I've used cell-tech in the past with good results, no, she gets talked into the NDS by the sales guy. For me, the truth is, I'll take almost anything, but 'roids-- to keep healthy/making gains... and as Forest Gump said, "that's about all I have to say about that."
