treadmill question

i was considering getting one for the home. doesnt have to be the best but i dont want shit either. what should i look for? the fastest i run on one is roughly 6mph. i just need something to hit first thing before work. i use the precor at the gym in the evening. i dont think a walmart $299 model will take a beating for too long, since i am at 245 and plan on going up from there. thanks in advance guys.

I would save the money and purchase a $10 jump Rope. Do some High Intensity Cardio with the jump rope and spend your money on something else you might need or want.
