Default Weights and out of breath

I used to be a cardio freak and had good lung endurnace due to lots of Cycling.Quit that 5 years ago and started lifting seriously.Diet is good training steady ,cut the cardio.I seem to breath"heavy" latley. Is this due to the added muscle.I'm up from153 currently 195. Stats are 5'11" ,10% BF.I am an ecto so my bone structure is small.I'm nervous about adding to much cardio in since gaining weight is a challenge for me.Any one have any thoughts.

Thanks in advance
Motoxman

How long did it take you go to from 155 to 195?

try adding in 2 sessions of intervals each week. 5-10 intervals should help increase you O2max pretty quickly.

Default thanks

Thanks will do.I'm on the critical bench program right now and its a 5 day a weeker. So I have let cardio lag.I was doing a 4 day split and getting 2 days of very light cardio in.It was'nt intervals so I don't think my Vo2 was being affected.I'm training natural and this 5 days a week is kickin my ass recovery wise.I work about 50 hours a week and get only about 5-6 hours of sleep in.Some days I know I could use more.Oh well ,life and times of training.

Thanks
motoxman

Help me out with a little more info. I am going to start a little cardio in a couple weeks(recovering right now from a muscle strain) and I need something that won't kill my weight too much.
