Default what is the absolute best exercise for TRI's (mass)

Im making gains on everything but ive noticed my tri;s are lagging.....theres not much split and hardly any mass....ive been doing press downs and overhead pressdowns and reverse curls adding more weight and even more reps if possible...any advice

Mass on the arms isn't easy, and high reps isn't the answer, best advice I can offer is go as heavy as possible, but have absolute perfect form and for each rep count 2 sec's down, and 2 sec's up, for a total of 8 reps, here is my workout from yesterday, Skull Crushers 4 sets 12,6,6,10,- Press downs 8,8,10, Kick backs 10,10, Follow this those reps and go slow and hopefully you'll see an improvement. Maybe train tri's on its own day with no other body parts. Just a thought

Weighted dips and close grip benches. Forget the isolation moves
