Hi guys i was wondering whats the best way to diet?Like how many cal to drop and how much cardio is enough and what supplements should i take during this time and for how long does the norm person diet.

What's worked very well for my friends and I - 4 things. 1)High protein, moderate fat, low carbs 2)ECA on an empty stomach 3 times daily 3)400 mg/day DNP 7 days on 14 days off 7 days on 14 days off (DNP is not something to mess around with. It will kill you if you fuckup so be real careful you know what you are doing. Again, DNP WILL KILL YOU IF YOU FUCKUP so be real careful with it.) 4)atleast 60 minutes of cardio 7 days per week - EVERY day. Buy a Polar A1 HR monitor - costs $45 with free shipping online - and exercise at 70-75% of your max HR for 60-75 minutes EVERY DAY. I know some people on Meso advocate intervals and that is fine and dandy. What has worked for me and what has worked for MANY people in my gym that I have advised, is to do 60-75 minutes of cardio at 70-75% max HR 7 days per week. If you will do all 4 of those RELIGIOUSLY EVERY SINGLE DAY - you will lose a tremendous amount of BF very quickly. DNP stands for dinitro phenol. This is essentially a benzene ring with an OH group (this makes it a phenol) and two nitro groups hence the di nitro. This compound works in a similar way to nitrates heart patients take. But this similarity is more on the degree of how ritilin and cocain are similar. DNP is serious shit it heats you up to no end, it raised your metabolism to unprecented levels, as well as other things like BP, PR, etc. You will sweat your balls off and end up laying in the snow in January with your clothes off if you take just a little to much. Dosing is extremely important and I dont think recommending DNP to anyone is a good idea. In my opinion its like playing russian rouulette for a million dollars. I have never taken the stuff and well never would. I know what I know for two reasons the formost was that one of my best friends front loaded the stuff and his heart rate skyrocketed so much that the doctors had to induce a coma that lasted 7 days. The kid came to withen an inch of his life, so I can attest to Dumbells statement that its a horrible way to go. Also I have done a good amount of research on DNP in the lab I work for. It is a very misunderstood chemical the doctor that was treating my friend didnt even know what the chemical was or what it was used for. I would not recommend this drug to anyone, its just a dangerous shortcut and you can gain results the old fashioned way even if it might take longer.
