For me, every day. (but I take 2-3 days break each week). If I do every other day I don't get in enough work in a week. Now, I know the simple answer is to just work longer on the every other days, but my intensity in the gym drops off if I stay there too long on any given day. |

I should have mentioned I was refering to the same set of muscles. Isnt there something about a muscle recovery period ? Ive been doing EOD under that assumption. Maybe better every day ?
