Default workout routine

ok, i have been doing alot of high volume for the past 3 years and have been reading alot about overtraining and some what......i have decided to change my workouts from 1 bodypart a day to 2 body parts a day.....here is what it is going to consist of
monday back/bis
tues chest/tris
wedn shoulders/legs
thursday back/bis
fri chest /tris
it will just go on from there so after fri ches/tris, i will go on to shoulders/legs on monday and so forth....
so i guess my question for u guys.. is how many exercises per bodypart should i do and how many reps..... or if this looks bad, then maybe we can totally change it up......the work out i had before was
mon/back
tuest/chest
wed/arms
thurs/shoulder
fri/legs/forearms
and sometimes sat i would do another shoulr and then alternate the next sat w/another chest workout.....alot of sets and reps.....
thanks ahead of time for ur guys input

If you are worried about overtraining then:

A) don't train each body part more than once per week

B) Give yourself more days off between workouts, as in do a Monday Wednesday Friday split, or anything that gives you a day off in between.

C) lower the volume of sets you do

Your wednesdays are going to be killer...legs takes a lot out of me, I usually give them their own day and split a day between calves and shoulders.
