From what I know from doing research is that if she had a reduction and an augmentation that would reduce her size and also lift them up. Look around at doctors in your area and call a few ask them questions about it, make an apt with the doctors you want to look into and the will be able to give you a good idea of how they would look after surgery, also they will show you photos of ones they have already done. good luck
