I was just wondering is there any proof that anabolic steroid cause birth defects? I know a female bber that wants to get prego and she used and been off about 2yrs. Is there an increase of her having prob or birth defects?

I dont know of any research looking into this area. With her being off for 2+ years, I dont think there should be a problem, but Im not an informed MD. You could always try asking your question in the HRT forum and look for a response from Swale (one of the top HRT docs in the country). He would be your best bet for info.

me and my wife wer juicing hardcore and had been for a while ...we got preggo and i freaked wen the the doc panicing...........he said all would be fine and luckily it was...........

I kind of look at this way - Anabolic steriods are basically just hormones related to testosterone, right? Birth control is just hormones related to estrogens, right? Then why would it be any different than a woman wanting to get pregnant after being on birth control? Maybe I'm wrong, but it makes sense to me.......?
