Question Bodybuilding Competition in Sept.

Hi, I have a question for you guys....

I've found a female BBing competition in Sept over in CA. I'd really like to enter it. I want to be lightweight, nothing huge, but need to get cut enough for that to happen. Right now I'm 5 ft 6 140lbs with 20% body fat. I want to stay at around 140, just lose maybe 10lbs of fat and gain 8-10 lbs of muscle. I ordered the UD 2.0, and have been reading it. It's a carb cycling diet. Do you think at my current stats I could get in shape quick enough to enter the competition in Sept?

Also, has anyone read the UD 2.0? Or follwed it? How does it work? And would it be better than the PSMF diet? (Seems like that diet would cause a lack of energy).
Thanks!

What's up girl?

It's great that you are looking at competing..

The question..Can you make that kind of body change in 6 1/2 months?.. The answer is yes... Absolutly you can!

Are you looking at doing this comp "natural"? Or are you wanting to know about Cycle suggestions for women?

Hey Phreezer!

Either way would be cool. I've tried 19-Nor.... but didn't notice too much difference. Though, I don't know that I was even taking enough to see a change. I was nervous...only taking 1CC 3x per day. I was pondering on trying Anavar, but am also very weary of that. Don't wanna end up lookin' like a "Heman woman hater."

Right now I'm taking H.E.A.T Stack w/ Scorch seeing how that will work for cutting. Along with 25 MG per day of DHEA.

Right now I lift 4 days per week
And HIIT cardio 5 days per week

The UD 2.0 diet adds a lot of cardio to that. I am also worried I will lose muscle mass if I do too much cardio. It seems like the cycling diets work best in "tricking" the body to lose fat. But then on the days I don't eat carbs, the energy is gone...Geez! It's all so confusing!

Ok.. Anavar.. does not cause viralization (He-man effect) in women or children. A safe and very effective dosage for women is about 10mg Every day broken up between morning and evening (5mg AM - 5mg PM). This will allow you to keep your lean muscle while doing an extreme diet.. and on the other side.. It will allow you pack on some muscle if you are eating enough and training properly.

anavar is a very mild compound, and infact it is the only Drug of it's kind that is actually approved by the FDA for administration to women and children (usually used to fight wasting disease).. So for women Anavar is a good choice.

Cardio does play a role in cutting.. However, diet plays a bigger role. The important thing is to find a good balance of weight training and cardio... This far out from the comp, I would focus on adding a little mors mass, maybe say 5-10lbs of muscle.. Then when you are about 12 weeks or so out, I would focus more on cutting...

I'm not going to offer more because I simply don't have the expertise to do so.. I am a powerlifter.. not a Body builder.. So contest prep for me is a Hell of a lot different than it is for you..

So really, I'm more your training/AAS guy than I am the contest prep guy.
